Messaging Terms & Conditions

We never initiate outbound marketing texts to our customers or potential customers. All text messaging is used for conversational support and informational purposes only.

You opt-in to receive SMS/MMS communications from Iron Beacon Technologies Inc., by messaging us and you agree to receive text responses from our sales and support reps after your inbound texts are received.

Frequency varies only in regards to providing responses to your inbound messages. We do not initiate messaging.

Once you are a customer, you can select in your account backend to receive service notifications for outages if subscribed services. Again, this is never used for marketing purposes and can be unsubscribed to at any time by unchecking you wish to receive this in your account. This is informational only when you have opted in.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
